Objectives: The objective of this course is to acquaint students with intermediate level of Lean Six Sigma Management from its beginning till todays use. Besides theory, course will focus on different Lean Six Sigma perspectives and examples.

Course also includes basic aspects of business management with different perceptions such as Project Management, Risk Management or Decision Making.
