Remember that if you are selected, you have committed yourself to following the entire Session Programme and that a cancellation can entail fees which you will be asked to pay.

• If you are of a non European nationality, please contact your Local Administrator concerning Visa regulations.
• If you have been accepted you will receive an official reply, «CONFIRMATION MESSAGE» from ATHENS Web Management at the end of September.

If you have been accepted for the Session, you will receive a «CONFIRMATION MESSAGE». You can then log into the registration system (https://register.athensnetwork.eu) and check the date and time the Session starts and finishes at the Institution concerned. 

Please, do not reply to the «CONFIRMATION MESSAGE» because all replies will be ignored and deleted.

You should make your travel plans as soon as possible AFTER receiving the «CONFIRMATION MESSAGE».

Click on the different ATHENS partners links to have information on social programmes, living costs and hotel reservations.

• If you could not be accepted for the Session you will be informed by the «CONFIRMATION MESSAGE».
• «Detailed information on Housing and Social Programme» will be on the different ATHENS partners Web sites in February.
• Please consult ONLY your Local ATHENS Coordinator if you have questions concerning the organisation of your stay at the hosting university (http://athensnetwork.eu/network-list.html). Your Local Coordinator is in contact with the other ATHENS Administrators.
